Women’s Ministry Core Competency

Responsibilities
Discipleship Vision & Strategy
- Provide leadership and oversight for the overall discipleship strategy at Cross Church Fayetteville
Leadership Development & Care
- Recruit, develop, and empower Dream Teamers, group leaders, and coaches with a focus on multiplication
- Coach leaders through conflict, care needs, and ministry challenges with wisdom and grace
- Provide pastoral care and support to leaders within discipleship ministries
- Identify and develop emerging leaders for future roles within the church
Other
- Support the overall vision, mission, and values of Cross Church and the Fayetteville Campus.
- Participate in staff meetings, leadership development opportunities, and church-wide initiatives as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pastor of Ministries, Executive Pastor, and Senior Pastor

About Cross Church
Cross Church is a thriving, multi-campus church in Northwest Arkansas with four campuses and a wide range of ministries. Currently welcoming over 12,000 people each Sunday, Cross Church is passionate about helping people find and follow Jesus. The Fayetteville campus recently launched a new campus to the west in February 2026, sending out nearly 800 people, including key staff and leaders, to establish and strengthen that new work. Even after this significant launch, the Fayetteville campus continues to serve approximately 3,500–4,000 people each weekend.
