Description
We are looking for the next minster to pastor and shepherd our middle school ministry. You will be over seeing the lives of 60-80 middle school students as well as the 20 adult volunteers who help run the ministry. Look for an excited leader who wants to take this ministry to the next level.
Requirement
-bachelors degree preferred
-experience in large church context preferred
-able to teach and lead weekly
-organized self-starter
-can multitask
-needs competency with both public speaking and preaching
-demonstrate spiritual maturity
-excellent time management skills
-administratively competent
-can handle conflict/conflict managment skills
