Description
Brother Bill’s Helping Hand is seeking a Christ-centered, passionate leader to serve as our Youth and Children’s Program Manager. This full-time role is an opportunity to pour into the lives of children and families in our community by leading after-school and seasonal programs that foster spiritual growth, academic support, and meaningful relationships.
We’re looking for someone who feels called to ministry, loves working with children, and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged in their walk with Christ.

Typical work hours are Monday–Thursday, approximately 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM to support after-school programming and Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm. During the summer months typical work hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 3:00pm, Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm. Occasional evenings and weekends are required for special events and seasonal programs.
Requirement
•Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Ministry, or related field. • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • At least 2 years of experience managing youth programs and/or community events. • A demonstrated love for children and a calling to make a lasting difference. • Ability to lead with vision while managing staff, volunteers, and logistics effectively. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with diverse audiences. • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. • Experience in program evaluation and curriculum development preferred. • Emotionally mature with the ability to handle sensitive issues with care and professionalism
