Across both OurCalling and OurCommunity, we share one mission: to glorify God by leading people to Christ and making disciples on the streets and beyond. We are a faith-based ministry where every job is a ministry position. We are shaped by a culture of compassion, integrity, and a steady belief that every neighbor is loved by God and worthy of dignity.

We build personalized pathways out of homelessness rooted in trust, relationship, and the transformative power of the Gospel. Whether serving at the Navigation Center, on the streets, or within our long-term residential community, our team demonstrates hopeful, steady, and pioneering love, meeting people where they are and walking with them step by step toward restoration and healthy community.

Grounded in faith and driven by innovation, we go beyond meeting immediate needs to create real solutions that help people walk with Jesus and live in healthy community one life at a time. We are committed to restoration, not relocation, so every neighbor can flourish in a supportive and thriving community.
