Description
The Student Associate serves on the Student Ministry team to help reach, disciple, and develop middle and high school students at Cross Church. This role supports weekly student gatherings, small group environments, and special events by helping create engaging, Christ-centered experiences where students can grow in their faith and build authentic community. The Student Associate assists in recruiting, training, and caring for volunteer leaders, invests relationally in students throughout the week, and partners closely with parents to support spiritual growth at home. This position also contributes to event planning, communication, follow-up systems, and leadership development pathways within the ministry.
The ideal candidate demonstrates spiritual maturity, relational leadership, organizational strength, and a passion for seeing the next generation follow Jesus and step into leadership. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to advancing the mission and culture of Cross Church.

• Experience serving or leading in student ministry (preferred)
• Strong relational skills with students, parents, and volunteers

• Self-starter who takes initiative without constant oversight
• Team-oriented and collaborates well with staff and other ministries
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong character
